Join us for an EPIC 4 day/3 night adventure where you'll enjoy the magic of Zion! This weekend includes mountain biking, water hikes, vistas for days, outdoor yoga, great food, and so much more as our Utah based ambassador and owner of Desert Wander, Katie, shows you some of her favorite places in the area!

Day 1: Welcome to the Canaan Mountains!!

After meeting up with Katie, your adventure starts with a hike on Gooseberry Mesa. This is a dominant icon of the Southern Utah landscape. It has some of the best views of not only Zion but of the entire area. We'll enjoy lunch on the trail. With approximately 8 moderate miles, there will be so many spots where you’ll want to stop for a photo because it's crazy beautiful!

Once we’re done we will head to the house where we will have time to settle in, rest, enjoy dinner and get to know the other ladies joining this long weekend adventure!

Day 2: Water Canyon & Mountain Biking

After a delicious breakfast, we will head out for the day's adventures. We will be going on a 3 mile hike to Water Canyon, a mini version of Zion’s famous Subway hike. We will be hiking along the creek surrounded by towering red rock cliffs as we enter a slotted area that has amazing water formations. This moderate hike gains elevation out and loses coming back. Please note there is a small scramble and sandy sections on this hike.

After our hike, we will drive down to town to have lunch and be fitted for our bikes. After we’re all set with our bikes and gear, we will take a shuttle about fifteen minutes to the trailhead. Once we arrive, our female guide will take us on a three hour ride. The greater Zion area is a mountain biking mecca known for having some of the best single and double tracks in the US. We will be exploring beginner friendly trails and our guide will be teaching us along the way.

After we are finish biking and taking in the views, we will head back to the house where we will rest while dinner is prepared for you to enjoy together as a group.

Day 3: Remote Zion: Hike, Yoga & That Sunset Glow

We will pack up and head out early for today's adventures. Along the way we will make a stop for breakfast at River Rock Roasting. We will then head to Guacamole Mesa for the remainder of the day. We will first be hiking upper Coalpits Wash. This hike will be 6.2 moderate miles with sandy sections. We will have lunch along the trail today.

After our hike we will met by our yoga instructor. We’ll have a little rest time and then have our gentle flow yoga session outdoors in this beautiful area. After our stretch and some restorative time, we will get comfy to have dinner as we enjoy the sunset.  After taking in the breathtaking views, we will return to the house for one more sleep.

Day 4: Canaan Mountain Summit & Celebratory Lunch

We’ll wake up and enjoy our last morning together. After breakfast, we will pack up and head out for a final adventure. We will be hiking up on to the mountain that has been towering over us all weekend. The spectacular views and beauty of the area await us as we reach our view point. This is a moderate to hard 5 mile hike with climb, simple scrambling and sandy sections.

We’ll head back to town and have a celebratory meal at Bee’s. After lunch we will say our goodbyes (around 4:00 pm) and head our separate ways.
