WWE Portland – Beginners Backpack Series – Siouxon Creek
** THIS EVENT REQUIRES AN EVENTBRITE REGISTRATION**
The Eventbrite tickets will go live on Monday, April 1st 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (PST).
Due to regulations in the National Forest, we can only have a total pack size of 12, including the ambassador leading the event. In order to comply, we have to require each member attending this event register through Eventbrite. In the event you successfully register, and then are unable to attend, please release the ticket so that another member may attend. • 8.2 miles round trip, 1,615 feet elevation gain
This backpack takes us up the astoundingly beautiful Siouxon Creek in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest of Washington. We’ll make camp at one of the stunning campsites along the creek, before continuing on to take in the beauty of Wildcat Falls, Siouxon Falls, Chinook Falls, before heading back to camp for the day.
At this time, there are no passes required.
WHAT TO BRING:
Due to the nature of this event, a full, required packing list will be provided to the Eventbrite registrants at a later date.
** PLEASE NOTE: Ambassadors are not wilderness first aid certified. This is a casual get together for shared outdoor enthusiasts. Safety is a top priority; please plan accordingly.**
