The Gibraltar Rock trail is a well maintained single track through the trees that leads to a spectacular view at the top! The trail is 3.7 km round trip and will take roughly 1-1.5 hours. It is rated a moderate level trail, there are some steep sections.
How to get there (directions adapted from www.hikekamloops.ca): Gibraltar Rock is about a half hour drive from downtown Kamloops. Take the Yellowhead Highway (5 North) towards Barriere. When you reach the Husky station, turn right onto Paul Lake Rd. Continue up Paul Lake Rd for 11.5km and continue left on the Pinantan-Pritchard Rd for another 6km.
