Girl’s Overnight Snowshoe Trip to Mount Rainier!
Join us for an overnight snowshoe trip up to Bruni’s Snow Bowl Hut to celebrate Galentine’s Day! We’ll spend the night under moonlight sky surrounded by the love and healing vibes of nature. The hut is located at the Mount Tahoma Trails association and we have it all to ourselves for the evening!
After registering you’ll receive an invite to a group with more details on what to pack, the menu, and the meeting point for those who would like to carpool to the sno-park. Before registering for this event, please read all of the information below.
We will leave the trailhead around 9:30 am and snowshoe up to the hut for an evening under the stars. After we arrive at the hut, you can sit back and relax as a delicious dinner is prepared for you. Snuggle up next to the fireplace while you indulge on hot chocolate and yummy baked goods, dance under the stars, make snow angels, head out on a headlamp snowshoe adventure, play games, read a book, relax….this evening is yours to spend however you’d like!
In the morning wake up to the smell of fresh brewed coffee and enjoy the views of Mount Rainier, Mount Adams and Mount St. Helens as your breakfast is prepared for you. Shortly after eating, we’ll pack up and hike back to the sno-park.
Important Please Note: In order to participate in the event, snowshoes or backcountry ski set up is required to get to hut. The hike to the hut is 4 miles of sustained uphill hiking and can be challenging. You will be required to bring and carry your own sleeping bag and anything else you need for overnight travel including extra snacks, clothes, books, crafts, toiletries, etc. We also recommend packing the 10 Essentials for backcountry travel. COST: $45 per person. This includes lodging, prepared dinner and breakfast, hot chocolate and baked goods. After registering, please send payment to Lindsey via PayPal at email@example.com within 24 hours to secure your spot. If payment is not received, your registration may be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of this trip, payment is non-refundable at the time of purchase. If you can no longer attend, you are able to transfer your ticket to another guest. You are responsible for finding someone to transfer your ticket to and arranging the exchange of funds. Please get in touch with the ambassador to discuss the transfer your ticket if needed.
Food: A three course asian inspired dinner and breakfast are included. Please reach out to the trip host upon booking if you have any food allergies/sensitivities and we will do our best to accommodate.
****Please Note: Ambassadors are not wilderness first aid certified. This is NOT a guided trip. You are responsible for YOURSELF and YOURSELF only, meaning you are able to arrive and leave as you like. By participating, you release all liability from all participants and take responsibility for yourself on this experience. This is a casual get together for shared outdoor enthusiasts.
