Exploring Toronto’s Cedarvale Ravine
December 30, 2019 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Join us to explore Cedarvale Ravine.
If Toronto was a layer cake, its ravines would be the frosting that hold the cake together.
Join us to explore Cedarvale Ravine. Cedarvale sits on top of a subway tunnel and a brook. It connects historical neighbourhoods and cultures. It has been the subject of protests and years of political debates. And today, it is a lovely natural oasis in the middle of the city.
This will be a shorter and relatively easy walk. We will cover a total distance of about 2.5 kms, with the option to loop back and make it 5 kms. To keep things transit-friendly, we will meet at Eglinton West station and walk towards St. Clair West station.
